William E. Honan

Bill Honan is the founder of Bay Properties Realty and is a licensed broker in the state of Maine. Prior to his career in real estate, Bill worked as a claims adjuster for 25 years with Continental Insurance both in Boston and in Portland. His experience and interest in the restoration of historic property has helped him to become a well known authority on old houses. Besides understanding this unique part of the real estate market, Bill has long history in all markets. He graduated from Cheverus High School, then received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Maine.

In his spare time, he can be found maintaining his historic brick West End home, enjoying Irish culture and reading.

William P. Honan

Will Honan has been licensed for 10 years with Bay Properties and is a full broker. He has sold property from Freeport to Old Orchard, Windham to Peaks Island and everywhere in between. His wide knowledge of the markets of the Greater Portland region, his diligent work and research on behalf of his clients and his excellent communication skills have engendered loyalty and a large referral base. Will specializes in residential single family, condominium, and multi-family property. He lists property for sellers and represents his clients as a buyer-broker.

Will graduated from Cheverus High School then earned a degree in English and journalism from Fordham University. He is an avid sportsman and an advanced tennis player.

Michele Clancy

Michele Clancy, an Associate Broker with Bay Properties Realty, has extensive experience in the title industry, working as an assistant manager at a title company in Portland for many years. Prior to that, Mrs. Clancy worked as a legal closing coordinator at an asset management company and also facilitated the closing of real estate properties throughout the United States for various government entities.
